Shipping Policy

We offer fast and reliable shipping for all orders placed on Lipoto.com. Here’s what you need to know:

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (available for select locations)

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over 100 inr within the United States.
  • Shipping fees for orders under $50 will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping to International Locations:

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.


Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Period:

  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • With all tags, packaging, and original receipt.
  • Excludes final sale and clearance items (marked as “Final Sale”).

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Support team at bocotepro@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Once you have the RA number, package your item securely and ship it back to us using the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Refunds or Exchanges: After we receive and inspect the returned item:
    • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the original item has been received.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
