1. Return & Exchange Period

  • Returns: You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

2. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Not a final sale or clearance item (items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged).
  • Returned within the specified 30-day period.

3. How to Return or Exchange an Item

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team at  bocotepro@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Provide your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Return Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your return package.

  3. Shipping the Item Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RA number with your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  4. Refund or Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

    • Refunds: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
    • Exchanges: If you are requesting an exchange, we will send you the new item(s) once the returned product has been processed.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
  • Personalized or Customized Products: Items that have been personalized, customized, or altered to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label to send the item back and offer a full refund or replacement.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

7. International Returns & Exchanges

For customers outside of the India , return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. International returns may take longer to process, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once your return is approved and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
